Refund Policy

1. General Conditions

At Washbloomalive, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

2. Physical Products (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase of physical goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., an email to team@washbloomalive.world). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital educational products (such as e-books, PDF guides, and online course access), different rules apply. By downloading or accessing the digital content within the 14-day cancellation period, you explicitly consent to receiving the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel the contract and request a refund once the download or streaming has begun.

If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital content, your 14-day right to cancel remains intact.

4. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

5. Returning Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at: 3-11 St Ann's Square, Manchester M2 7LP, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
